How much does food truck catering cost?
Pricing depends on guest count, selected menu, service time and travel distance. Food and beverage minimums may apply. Send us your details and we’ll prepare the right quote.
Can you cater smaller private events?
Possibly. Smaller birthdays and private gatherings are reviewed individually based on the date, location and menu.
How many guests can the truck serve?
Our truck can serve up to approximately 150 guests during a standard two-hour service, depending on the menu and event flow.
How long is standard service?
Standard service is two hours. Additional time may be arranged in advance for an additional fee.
What areas do you serve?
We cater events across Riverside and San Bernardino counties, including Riverside, Corona, Jurupa Valley, Eastvale, Norco and nearby Inland Empire communities. Standard travel covers up to one hour or 50 miles round trip from Jurupa Valley; additional travel may be available for a fee.
What is required to reserve a date?
A $500 deposit is applied toward your event total. Final payment and guest count are due seven days before the event.
Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit is refundable when written cancellation is received at least 30 days before the scheduled event date and time.
What does the truck provide?
We provide the selected food and beverages, napkins, to-go bags and trash cans. Tables and chairs are not included.
When will the truck arrive?
We normally arrive one hour before the scheduled start time to park, prepare and set up.
Do you provide permits and insurance?
We can provide our business license, health permits and certificate of insurance. Venue fees and event-specific permits are the planner’s responsibility.
Do late-night, holiday or distant events cost more?
Additional fees may apply to late-night service, holidays, extended hours and travel outside our standard service area. They will be clearly included in your quote.
Can guests choose different menu items?
Yes. We’ll help select an event menu that fits your crowd and allows efficient service. Product availability may vary by package.
Do your products contain allergens?
Products may contain wheat, soy, dairy, coconut, almonds and peanuts. Tell us about allergy concerns before booking so we can provide current ingredient information.
What happens if it rains?
Our truck operates rain or shine.
